Individual special offers and discounts (Pool-weeks, pool-weekends, test lesson, etc.) are not cumulative.
The services offered in the several packages (pool weeks, pool weekends etc.), can only be used in the booked period.
Breakfast is not included in formulas with accomodation in camping or apartments.
Extract of the general conditions of holiday packages: In the interests of a good relation with our customers, we ask you to take notice of our travelconditions, which you accept as binded by your reservation.
Concluding the travelagreement The travelagreement must be concluded written (by letter, fax or email). Agreements, extra agreements and special wishes, which are made, must be placed in written.
Payment of the travelamount: After receiving the confirmation of the journey, a deposit of at least
25% of the whole amuont per person must be paid. The rest of the amount has to be paid at the
day of arrival at the location.
Our performances: The extent of our contractual performances are according with the prescription of our performances (brochure/catalogue etc.) just as the documents of your journey(reservation or travelconfirmation).
Costs of cancellation: Cancelling the travel 21 Days before the planned day of arrival, there are 30,00 euro cancellation fees. For Later withdrawls by the customer the following cancelation fees will come into effect: from the 20th to the 8th day before the start of the trip there will be 50% of the travel price, from the 7th to the 3rd day before the start of the trip there will be 75% of the travel price. From the second day on before the start of the trip and if the cusomer does not arrive it will be 100% of the travel Price.
