Stand Up Paddling is the fastest growing sport and it is fun! While you are enjoying the water you are also getting a great workout enhancing both your fitness and health. Almost every muscle in the body will be used. SUP will strengthen your leg muscles, arms, back and shoulders. The core, back, and abdominal muscles are constantly at work to maintain balance. At Sailing Du Lac you will have the opportunity to learn this exciting sport under the instructions of qualified teachers. After only 1 lesson you will be able to master the board and go on your own to discover the lake in various breathtaking locations. Our first SUP-Lesson will introduce you to everything you need to know for your first outing: theoretical basics, intro to SUP techniques, turning methods and important safety rules.
